Day 3! Lets chat... today I was craving a little more..like sweets big time.. so these Cocoa Avacado Pancakes were just what I needed! Still in the diet and tasted amazing!
Recipe for these sweet gifts!
1/4 cup coconut flour
1/4 cup cacao powder (you can substitute with cocoa powder)
1/4 cup coconut sugar
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp sea salt
1 tbsp coconut oil- soft
3 free range eggs
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 of avocado
-Whisk ALL ingredients together and cook like a regular pancake! I used pure maple syrup for my topping but I was think strawberries or blueberries (Like chocolate covered berries.. thats what I'm talking about ;) ) Hope you ENJOY!
