End of Week 4 and NOW into Week 5!

For Week 5 I did a lot of the same foods! and kept with them consistently! I have to say we left out of town this weekend and that was hard because leaving town I associate eating crap with a lot! So I had to really think it through before and so I made Banana bread to snack on and brought other easy snacks that were healthy!

 For this post I am just giving you ideas of what to eat because I literally ate almost the same thing every day -we have just been so busy! At the bottom is how I make Sweet Potato Chips (MY go to SNACK!) ! It is the easiest thing ever! Hope You ENJOY! I will post after pics on Wednesday! STAY TUNED! And I will also be changing my diet that day! For the LAST WEEK!!! YAY!!!

I'm obsessed with sweet potato chips right now! They are the perfect go to snack on this diet!  ALL I do is Literally slice my sweet potato thinly   Set the Oven to 400 Degrees  A little Salt and Pepper and a Little olive oil  and 10 minutes on each side or until crispy!  ENJOY!   B&B
