For Week 5 I did a lot of the same foods! and kept with them consistently! I have to say we left out of town this weekend and that was hard because leaving town I associate eating crap with a lot! So I had to really think it through before and so I made Banana bread to snack on and brought other easy snacks that were healthy!
For this post I am just giving you ideas of what to eat because I literally ate almost the same thing every day -we have just been so busy! At the bottom is how I make Sweet Potato Chips (MY go to SNACK!) ! It is the easiest thing ever! Hope You ENJOY! I will post after pics on Wednesday! STAY TUNED!
