Day 3!
Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, Bacon, Raspberries!
Lunch: Corn Tortillas, Shredded Beef, Iceberg Lettuce and Hot Sauce
Dinner: My sweet Husband made a candlelit dinner! Ribeye steak, red potato mashed, and Shrimp!
DESSERT: BROWNIES!!!
Sweet Potato Brownies Recipe
1 medium Sweet Potato (Cooked until softened- remove all skin)
3 eggs
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup Raw Honey
3 Tbsp Coconut Floud
3 Tbsp unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp cinnamon
little salt
Preheat Oven 350- Blend all ingredients together and cook for 30-35 mins.
Frosting:
1/4cup unsweetened Almond Milk
1/4 cup Cocoa Powder (Unsweetened)
1/4 Cup Coconut Sugar
Spread on Brownies when cooled

DAY 4!!!
Breakfast! Over Easy Egg, Sausage Links, Onion and regular Sausage
Lunch: Hamburger Meat and Peppers
DINNER! CHEAT MEAL BABY!!!! I need to let you know something! I actually feel really sick after cheat meals! This is food I would eat here and there and now when I eat it I don't feel very good afterwards. AND THE CRAZIEST THING! I get a Dr. Pepper every cheat meal as well because I have not been having any! WOOT WOOT! And I DON'T LIKE THE TASTE anymore! It tastes kind of gross! What is HAPPENING TO ME???
