Day 5 and 6! Breakfast Lunch and Dinner from yesterday and Breakfast and lunch from today! Tonight I get a cheat meal! Once a week with this diet I am aloud one cheat meal! It is nice to look forward to something that is for sure!
Sweet Potato Pancakes:
Seriously SO GOOD!
2 Farm Fresh Eggs
1 Large Sweet Potato cooked
1/4 cup almond butter
1/2 cup Unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
Mix all together with hand mixer and pour on hot pan to cook! Sprayed coconut spray before batter was placed!
