Day 3! Lets get this going! Here is Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner!
Lunch: Brown Rice and Pot Roast (Same from breakfast! :) )
Dinner: Grilled Plantains, Asparagus, and Salmon!
Dinner: SO YUMMY! So homemade guacamole, homemade salsa, corn tortilla chips (Corn tortillas cut into 4's ;) ) and Roast!
DAY 5! Monday!
Breakfast: Scrambled Farm Fresh Eggs, Nitrate Free Bacon, Roast, Red Potato Hash
Lunch: Crispy, Iron Skillet Cooked Chicken Thigh and homemade sweet potato fries!
Dinner: CHEAT NIGHT! We decided to not go so crazy this time because we never feel good afterwards haha! So this is gluten free crust and fresh tomato sauce, a little cheese and pepperonis with jalepenos! We also had a little ice cream and cheesecake! Make sure when you are cheating that you only buy what you will eat that night and don't have anything left over in your house to continue to tempt you!
