Day 7 Tomorrow is WEEK 3

This is almost a habit! I think it's 21 days and you create a habit! Look at that! Almost there! Hopefully I keep the habit of eating clean:)

Breakfast: Overeasy Eggs and Spaghetti Squash Greatness! (Tomato paste and Sausage added)

Lunch: Ribeye Steak with Red Potatoes fried in coconut oil!

Dinner: Lettuce wrap BLT (without the T and chicken added instead!)

Dessert! These Cookies are ridiculous! Healthy for you with just a couple of ingredients! Ambitiouskitchen.com   1 Cup Almond Butter  1/3 Cup Honey  1 egg  1 tsp vanilla extract  1/2 tsp baking soda  1/2 tsp sea salt  1/4 cup dark chocolate chips  Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together and create round balls on pan and cook 10 minutes! SERIOUSLY SO GOOD!  Thanks Jenny Mott for the recipe find!  ENJOY!  B&B
